The Research Associate program at Wellington Management is an incredible experience. Like most undergraduates, I had much to learn about the investment management industry when I joined the firm. At Wellington Management, everyone’s door is open and everyone has time for you. I can walk into any office and ask a question.
In addition to learning, there are abundant opportunities for growth. Although my job centers on research, I am exposed to a range of potential career paths. In addition, with the firm’s support, you can attain your CFA and learn a second language.
