INROADS offers multi-year internships in various industries to qualified minority undergraduates. Founded in 1970, the organization has grown from 1 office and 17 sponsoring companies to over 50 offices and 600 corporate sponsors that include most Fortune 1000 companies. Applicants officially become INROADS Interns once they are accepted by a corporate client and offered a summer internship with that company until graduation.
