Undergraduates

A Great Place to Start a Career

Wellington Management is an excellent place to begin a career in the investment management field. Our strong culture — nonhierarchical, informal and entrepreneurial — has led to low employee turnover and strong mentorship. In addition, we are a meritocracy and have a performance-driven approach to compensation and promotion. We hire undergraduates in selected full-time positions and offer undergraduate internships through certain minority leadership organizations.

Research Associate
Research associates play a critical role in assisting senior analysts and portfolio management teams in conducting independent research. As a research associate, you learn to understand the global competitive, operational, financial and regulatory dynamics that shape industries and companies by conducting in-depth market and industry analysis and by completing independent analytical projects. We have research associates supporting Equity Research and Portfolio Management, Credit Research, and Equity and Fixed Income Quantitative Research.

At this time we have completed our Research Associate hiring for the upcoming year. Should our recruiting needs change, we will work with Career Services offices to make the opportunity available. In the mean time, please continue to review the careers section of our website. We welcome you to apply directly to any roles that match your skill set and interests.

Technology Specialist Program
Wellington Management is seeking individuals to be part of the Technology Specialist Program (TSP) in the Information Services (IS) department.

TSP participants will be assigned to a specific team aimed at complimenting their interest, abilities and business need and enhancing industry knowledge and skills.

Potential rotational opportunities may include:
